1) General Dentist – Full Time (1 Vacancy)

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Perform restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, and extractions
• Deliver preventive care and educate patients on oral health and hygiene
• Diagnose and treat oral diseases, infections, and dental emergencies
• Review and interpret dental radiographs and diagnostic tests
• Develop and explain individualized treatment plans to patients
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records using dental practice management software
• Supervise and collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and clinical staff
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, and California Dental Board regulations
• Stay current with continuing education, dental techniques, and emerging technologies
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient care

2) Dentist – Part Time (1 Vacancy)

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide general dental care during assigned clinic hours
• Conduct patient evaluations, dental examinations, and diagnoses
• Perform routine restorative, preventive, and emergency dental procedures
• Review patient medical and dental histories prior to treatment
• Interpret dental X-rays and diagnostic images
• Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and oral hygiene
• Accurately document procedures and clinical notes in patient records
• Follow clinic protocols, infection control, and safety standards
• Collaborate with the full-time dentist and dental team to ensure continuity of care

3) Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Full Time (1 Vacancy)

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials prior to patient appointments
• Take and process dental X-rays in compliance with safety regulations
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols
• Prepare patients for procedures and provide post-operative instructions
• Perform allowable RDA duties such as coronal polishing, impressions, and sealants (as permitted by licensure)
• Maintain inventory of dental supplies and ensure operatory readiness
• Support efficient patient flow and ensure patient comfort
• Update and maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and CDC guidelines at all times
• Assist with front-office or clinical coordination as needed
